    Default MyDDO broken

Yeah, half of it has turned to a blue scheme, and all the formatting is completely broken, with all the elements just placed around haphazardly.

I've seen this happen on DDO.com once in a while when a bad page gets into the cache and proliferates. Clearing cache and refreshing will often clear it up. Let me know if that helps. (And yes I'm already aware of the issues with the lottery & leaderboards, that's a different issue unfortunately )

    Default While on topic...

Is there any chance that the techies can look into the updating issues some people are having with MyDDO?

Well, it was still broken on my home PC, but on another computer MyDDO is working fine. So...*shrug*.

Ok, cleared my cache again, and loaded up the page, and everything looks back to normal.

Hope you guys can get the lottery issues sorted out.

    Welcome to MyDDO BETA

Maybe they are actually working to fix it now?

Basically that kind of "page spew" usually happens if it failed to call the java scripts needed to format the page properly. Usually it is temporary and subsequent tries get the java to load properly and it goes back to normal.

I am pretty sure it was NOT an issue on his computer becasuse I was having the same issue at the same time. I would think that would be an issue on the server side.

Okay fair enough. Well here is hoping the more permanent 'BETA' issues MyDDO has, will be fixed in the relative future.

I still have a high level character that still reads as a 3rd level version of a previously deleted toon (rerolled under the same name). I don't care all that much, although anyone who decides to myddo me might not want me bringing that +1 frost sickle into their shroud runs...

Sorry Tolero, that didn't help. Cleared the cache, still blue and disarrayed. Switched browsers, and got the same thing.

Is anyone else getting funky layout? When it happens to me on DDO.com it can take several minutes for it to go away (usually it means the server where the java is at is being slow or finicky and once that clears it goes back to normal).

I'm not getting any actual display issues with my.ddo.com via two separate machines running Chrome 6 or Firefox 3.6.8

    ^^^^
I think this is exactly what happened.

It seems to have happened for at least a half hour, but it is cleared up for me now.
