No more lotteries?

I was just wondering: Are there no more lotteries? Not even the daily ones?
I check myDDO almost daily while having breakfast (just like now) to enter those daily lotteries, but for 2 days there are no more lotteries my chars are eligible for.
I never had a prob with myDDO before, but my chars didn't update since 08-31 and the character log stopped working on Tuesday. So, is it a bug or are there no lotteries for my chars anymore?

Please fix the lottery! Even though I only win on Tuesdays that have a full moon, this is something you are doing right.

I had a toon win something on 8/29, so it was still working.

Sorry had updated the one thread and not this one... there's something amiss in the website that is impacting the lotteries and leaderboards (among other things). Having the webbies look into it, but they have not yet found the cause of the problem. If they don't have an answer for me by the end of tonight I'll post a downtime message in the launcher.

Me too! I was all excited to start a new lottery type where it has a limited / targetted audience type each time (like one time it'd be warforged wizards, another time human bards, or only level 17+, etc) but it would accept entries for an entire week then award the winners at the end of the week. Tain Gala!

I was curious about some of the parameters with the lotteries. I have been missing them too, as well.

Currently I'm able to restrict by:
- Race
- Class (though Duwis and I are still working out some multi-classing specific issues. Basically it's not letting me say "only fighter/pallys" but instead it's doing "fighters AND pallys")
- Level
- Server

We're hoping to get even more types soon (I'd love to be able to have "VIP lottos" for example).

I had thought maybe a Twilight Lottery, you mentioned you could have ones pop at a certain time. Maybe one that pops for folks at 11:59pm their time. Not sure what the prize would be. But, it could be kinda cool.

I thought it'd be a good idea to have Country only lotteries, something special for Canada Day, July 4th or Anzec Day depending on where your from.

I can help you test this...just do a lottery, 100 major mana pots, bound to account, for:

Thelanis
12 Rgr / 6 Ftr / 2 Mnk
Halfling
VIP

I'll then let you know if it works or not

Well, I entered the lotto, but none of my characters won. It's normal not to win in a lotto, but is this one WAI? Had 4 characters enter, all from cannith, levels 7, 13, 20 and 8. Not sure if theres supposed to be a 90 or 100% chance to win the lotto...
