Wounding of Puncturing is quite nice, but the Metalline of Pure Good isn't nearly as exciting to me as it would be on a nice melee weapon.

Since you can get metal-type arrows, is there anything really exciting about having both silver/cold iron and good on the bow? I know you can imbue arrows for force or acid, but would that make a significant difference in bow DPS against any of the raid bosses?

Honest question - there might very well be something significant for an Arcane Archer that I just don't know about as a Tempest Ranger.

I recently came back to the game, so I'm not real sure about that. I imagine it would probably just be a matter of convenience...not having to swap arrows.

A metalline/pure good bow might be interesting if you had say, saved up several hundred arrows of greater evil outsider bane

Even just for the metalline and pure good angles, there is the option that for someone who uses a bow a lot, you can sell all those metal arrows and just buy stacks of cheap ordinary arrows to fill your quiver and they'll get both metalline and pure good damage. As someone said, you don't have to switch arrows out then, and you can always buy an arrow of another damage type and then be bypassing metal DRs and doing good and your additional damage type of choice. So it has some utility in reducing the number of arrow types you need to carry around, and increasing the amount of damage you can do with each shot.
