Multiclass Bard for Evasion?

i really want a warchanter but i don't know if multiclassing for evasion is worth not having the capstone to be more valuable in raids end game. i just need some help from people that have more exp with this.

i do want to solo most of the game.

i do want twf.

i do want this to be a haggle toon.

build ideas were maybe a human bard18/monk2 or bard16/monk2/pal2

thinking a little, could a bard w/ some rogue splash be viable for the evasion and then some open lock skill as well?

Bard / monk is impossible due to alignment restrictions. So your only other options are rogue 2+ or ranger 9+. Plenty of rogue / bard builds out there; start by looking at the Axesinger.

Two rogue on bards work well, to grab some extra skills and/or Sneak Attack if you care for the damage you do. A popular split is the 16 bard / 2 rogue / 2 fighter for evasion, extra feats and fighting power. Search for them in bard and build section (The Axesinger is one for example) or request one!
