Ideas for Lag?

Been playing since the start and seen my share of lag so I am reluctant to bring this up.

I now find it difficult to get behind the rock in time on epic von6, to jump through the monkey section of ADQ1, to cross the desert, to enter my guild ship, or use my shared bank.

In the morning on week days the lag is managable but evenings and week ends, when I prefer to play, have proven most frustrating.

Is there something I can do to correct this situation? I play on Thelanis.

they could spend some cash on hardware... perhaps upgrade the server farm or lease more bandwidth.

Last year when ddo went F2P, it was announced that ddo had 1 million users. Yesterday i seen turbine has 2 million users. Perhaps the only problem is doubling of users yet not ONE penny spent on hardware.

All I have to say is DDO is starting to really go into the ground. Turbine isn't helping paying players, Huge lag, bugs, and so much more. A year ago DDO ran just fine then they went f2p and now it's all falling apart. Half tempted to give up on it though I've spent so much money on it.

All I here from this is a nice lil diddy from way back "You got to know when to hold them and know when to fold them". DDO is not an investment but entertainment.
