Drow Character Builds

Greetings Drow Enthusiasts!

As a Premium member (probably never willing to do VIP) with Drow unlocked on Sarlona, I am creating a fair few Drow characters (so sick of the lowbie quests, ugh!). I am very much aligned to the casting type characters, and have gone through dozens of builds (either as an actual ingame character, or on paper), and in that vein, I'd like to show my cleric and wizard builds. Note that these are stripped down builds, to better focus on build aspects since equipment and buffs will always vary.


Level 5 Cleric

Stats:

08 - STR
10 - DEX
12 - CON
10 - INT
20 - WIS
16 - CHA

I am planning on continuing to level my character towards 20, and developing into a caster cleric which will focus on healing and negative energy spells, along with powerful use of turning based abilities (divine vitality, divine cleansing, etc.), charged with Radiant Servant's regen of Divine charges. My hope is that this build can take me into the endgame, so if you are on Sarlona, maybe I'll see you there.

In terms of character next steps, I have a Plate Armor of the Deep (+1 Full Plate, +13 Swim, Underwater Action, Bound to Self) so I am thinking I'll try out 3 Barrel Cove in the next level or so. Also, a run through Delera's Tomb is planned soon so I can get the +5% xp item, probably before 3BC.

*Cross-class skills cost twice as much to train.

Mental Toughness
Insightful Reflexes

This is going to be my utility character for the time being, thinking on what to do here, but I do like the 1st level build, so wanted to share.


Thanks for reading, and if this is interesting to anyone besides me , I'll post my Bard and Wiz/Rog. Also, if anyone has any advice (maybe I'll TR someday or something - well, one can hope anyways), I'd be happy to hear it and maybe even respond.

hey you have a typo, drow only can get to 18 wiz.

also, TWF PALADINS! that's what i personally love.and maxxed out CC bards!

I'm sure he meant Drow not drow, cause Drow can get to 20 in DEX,INT or CHA

However, they cannot get to 20 WIS...

Actually, I do mean 20.

18 start, +1 from enhancement, +1 from level 4. But yeah, starting at 18 obv.

Haven't levelled him too much yet, I just didn't have another option as Drow is very limited in what they can do.
Seems a better option is to have a WF Wiz than a Drow Sorc or Wiz.
Seems a better option is to have an ElvenAA/Kensai or EvlenAA/rogue than a drow version.

These are just my opinions, based on my character slots available and my play style. Please don't flame me, I'm just keeping to the OP.

I would at some point love to make a Drizzt-like character (any successful builds welcomed here!!), but this FVS is definitely kewl.
