Has anyone ever tried getting usesge out of it? Figured it would pair nicely with a spellsinger, or something, but I just can't find a way to make it worth a feat slot. Maybe when the new PrC's come out something will change, but anyone got some insight?

Does the inspire courage increase at 8th, 14th, and 20th levels like it does for a regular bard? If so, it'll be worth it on a non-bard. If not, it'll be worthless.

I thought about TRing my bard once I cap it to a bard-dip just for a couple uses of fascinate.
The active feat though, not sure how it scales.

Nope Wielder, it's only better than +1 if you have the actual bard levels & enhancements.
It's not bad if you want the extra songs, or pretty nice as a spellsinger who'd take an enchantment focus anyways.
Bard friends use it for their inspire courage and save all their normal ones for fascinates/dr/whatever.
