    Sneak Attack is applied when the monster does not aggro. Have noticed I hit with less HP when they hear, see, or detect you in some way.

    Move silently and DEX are used towards the move silently roll vs. the monster hearing you.

    Hide helps when the monster hears you but cannot see you, like them being blind.

    your SA only works in so many hits before the monster notices the big drop in HP and turn to where its coming from

    If they give them the PA line as well, I will have to consider that, as that would be huge. I don't think they will give Half-orcs the PA line as well as +4 str (2 base,2 enh) though, but who knows? I am concerned about hitting on epic though, so Half-Orc might not be such a bad choice. Heres what I've got affecting my to-hit as a WF so far, let me know if this is accurate.

    As I believe you wanna be perma-madstoned and sneak attacking I would add:

    1 madstone rage str increase
    5 BAB increase from madstone rage
    1 yugo pot
    5 tharne's goggles

    3 titan's grip (as needed)

    I think it's should be fine for epic even if -10 on PA line is huge (you can turn it off btw)

    Just a question: does destruction applies every time mobs hit you or has a proc?

    The madstone rage str increase is factored into the STR, but I forgot about the BAB 20 Madstone gives you, the yugo pot (now 40 STR sustainable) and Tharnes +5, ty.

    Yes Destruction lands per hit, so when I'm sneak attacking/flanking I just need to make contact once to give them that -4 AC to help me (and other melees in my party) hit.

    Dosent blindness make them lose dex bonus to AC?

    Burn me, I've never considered that one on DT. It is huge. Does it work on red named too?
    Now I'm really puzzled regarding change my freezing ice guard on my DT 3rd tier: Destruction or Radiance guard?

    I'm pretty sure it does on held/earthgrabbed mobs. I don't think they lose dex bonus once blinded (but they have 50% miss chance)

    Yes Red and purple names are affected, and soon with the runes being identified, it should be much easier to get (swap them around in the chest)

    The way I am planning it is:

    making my Radiance guard (+5 chaskill) my helm
    And a HP+earthgrab guard for my cloak
    Docent= Quori(general use Most HP) / DOD(DR) / Redscale(best auto crit DPS) / DT (Healing 10%,20% Destruction)

    This way you can swap between +4 hit/+4 damage with the glove slot, and even +4 more with the Destruction docent, while keeping shintao set and tharnes on.

    I made a DT set like that on my barb. That way I can swap to a DOD and not lose anything critical, or opt for max healing amp, more to-hit, auto crit damage..etc

    @ merlocke

    bumping to spread some informations

    After a long xp grind because of few time to play, 20° has come and I've done some epic stuffs to see how this build is

    To be honest I'm liking this toon very much. If you want to do a DPS rogue, this seems really the way to go.
    I'm running with 35 str unbuffed (hoping for a +4 or a +7 item hopefully) and 487 hp (508 after my next ToD and +2 exc const) that helps a lot.

    As stated I'm running epics with 2 earthII heavy picks and:

    -in autocrit situations I'm seeing 120-200 dmg depending on buffs/PA plus 70-90 SA plus elemental dmg each hit. combining this with rogue haste boost and human dmg boost is a blast
    -in non autocrit situations the dual earthgrab works very nicely and eventually radII rapier does his work nicely

    The bad is that I still missing some stuff (Shintao Monk's ring, epic spectral and destruction on DT) for a -8 on hit compared to optimal gear. That means I'm having some trouble on hitting some red named on epics with PA activated, especially when a bard in not around.
    While I think I'm going to rid it off once my equipment will be ready (sooner or later) -10 of Wf/HO PA line is huge. A wise usage of PA will do the job but will be tricky anyway (not criticizing here, just saying). I mean, the wf and HA are surely nice but I think they really need a complete set of gear to work well. My choice to go human helped me a lot here because of human versatility IV (using +5 to hit boost when needed)

    Another issue is that I have max traps skills, head of good fortune and +15 gears but I can't do epic traps without +5 skill boosts. I can't find boxes without the boost even with 22 int (12 +2tome +6item +2capstone). I don't know how much you care about it but remember it in case you do and take the rogue skill boost line.

    Regarding the gear: I was thinking as well about the vulkoor might set but the 30% treat generation sucks. Running with just 30% reduction and I generate a lot of aggro. Maybe the pro doesn't balance the con because this forces to use a radII rapier in epic instead of heavy picks on off hand. (again, just my thought, haven't tryed it).

    Unless this is a change in U7 that I'm not aware of, you'll need rouge damage boost II for assassin. I've heard from a reliable source that oppurtunist can only be taken once. I was actually looking for confirmation of this when I saw your thread, I'll post a relevant link if I find one. He's to hoping this isn't the case, I want 3/4x opp on my rogue too.

    I could only take Opportunist once on the latest Update 7 build on Lamannia when doing a LR. 3% Doublestrike but also -10% Fortification.
