Quicker Log Out Times in all Safe Zones

Just a small thing but annoying nonetheless. I would like to have the quick log outs that you get in taverns to extend to all safe areas: i.e. anywhere in the city pretty much. There's really no reason for the longer log out when your running around the Market or the Houses.

I've been known to /death when I want to quickly switch toons.

Possibly, to concentrate non-questing PCs in taverns - for D&D versimilitude?

The only change I would /sign regarding taverns is to give the Wavecrest Tavern the Tavern Regeneration flag.

The only change I would /sign regarding taverns is to give the Wavecrest Tavern the Tavern Regeneration flag.

This would make sense if PCs wandered the taverns they logged out in while the account was off-line, which might be pretty cool, actually.
