    Default Remington Steel

okay this is completely a 1 trick pony and totally dependant on getting:

    2xEpic Zephyr
    http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Weapon:Epic_Zephyr

Note that Attack and Damage are Dex Based - Strength does nothing

    SA damage is 1d6 rogue, 1d6 ninja, +3 rogue, +8 halfling = 2d6+11

The idea is to run something like Norelco Steel ( http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=270200 )
Until you are level 20 and have 2x Epic Zephyr
Then Lesser (or Greater if you were 28 pt) Reincarate into this.

Should probably take rogue 1st, will repost that way at some point.

    Level 1 (Ranger)

if you are taking a rogue level in any multiclass it should be your level 1 choice.

for ss you should consider racial enhancements of drow

The 6 str is a bad idea IMO. You will be borked for damage. starting at -2 dmg is gonna really suck. I also notice you didn't get weapon finesse you aren't going to be able to hit much.
What are you going to do until you get those epic zephyrs? how are you going to level? even with zephyrs how are you going to bypass DR?

sure you could grab a breeze but it a quarterstaff which doesn't go well with tempest but it will keep you centered and and level 14 unlike your epic plan.
Move along , Nothing to see here

    Default I like the name

    As for the build.
Possibly high AC, and no DPS is not the best formula for this game.

The only way I would consider this is as a Lesser Reincarnate after I already had 2x E Zephyr

Agreed on the rogue 1st, but was deciding between 1mnk/1rg vs 2x pally so had them last

Drow is +2 damage/Attack - Halfling is +8 SA and higher HP and Higher AC

Most of you are missing that The E Zephyr gets attack and damage from Dex - nothing from STR at all

Noting all this in OP since it's not as obvious down here.

What are you going to do for DPS, pre-level 20?

the lack of damage by pass on those weapons is limiting. Its like the breeze QS.

I built a guy intending to use Breeze as a primary weapon but I found that in the end game there are only limited situations where its not better than a weapon that by passes resists.
Wherever you went - here you are.

Any melee build which doesn't plan to take Power Attack has already gimped itself badly, IMHO. That's gonna make a much bigger difference to your DPS than the +1 to-hit & dmg from base DEX 20 vs 18.

Im more concerned you chose "remmington Steel" as the title name. I mean there are three levels to mancoolness and savvy charsima.

Tier 1 is Magnum PI, (A way with the ladies, quick to act, but has to borrow everything)
Tier 2 is Remmington, (A bit more sophisticated, stil a ladies man, has some quasi-covert skills, but still lacks that iron clad, "man" status)
Tier 3 is of course the premo, "James Bond" (Always gets the ladies, gets out of trouble everytime, has all the snazy and up to date gear)

SO COnsidering you chose a tier 2 guy, means you chose a less the optimal Title=Less tehn optimal toon.

    Anyway, good luck!
