Ive seen it only a few times linked, it's a trinket that has a greater or major mnemonic enhancement restore 1/per rest. and has the picture of the healing framents from shrouds. Thanks for help in ID-ing the item

Fun and fast?

You have to wait ages in that quest while mobs spawn slowly. Then there's an endfight that you can beat by going AFK for a few minutes.

I hate that quest.

Do what I do, get a hireling and have him do quest for you while you afk. Works fine. 10 min of doing nothing but /piking

It's from weapon shipment in Amrath.
Is the quest soloable? Yes it is.

Better to just take a group if you want a chance since it's pretty rare. The quests drops boots ingredients and an arrowhead with seeker and cripple on it, so quest is nice for all.

And if you choose to do the optional that takes another few minutes you can get a bard only item.

Weapons shipment in amrath

Low drop rate. Quest can be easily soloable but not really zergable in the traditional sense as you have to wait for monsters/four orbs to spawn, and most people find it incredibly boring.
