cannot access ddo store history

Something strange i can't figure out. I started playing a week or so ago and purchances some ddo store items. One of the items i purchanced was the "shared bank" 20 slot item for my account.

Today i tried to access the bank and received no shared bank. I went into my ddo store and tried to view my past history/recent purchances..

but i cannot get any info.

when i click recent purchaces i get "system is not available, try again later"

and when i click account/purchance history i get "orders cannot be viewed at this time"

it has nothing to do with ddo servers or anything, this has been for a week, i just cannot see what i have purchanced. I have bought several upgrades, extra quests, everything seems fine EXCEPT my shared bank, and since i cannot view my history i cannot make sure i bought what i actually bought.

my firewall is fine, everything else seems ok except these problems. Any help would be appreciated.

The history and recent purchases for DDO Store have rarely worked and rarely stayed around long enough to give a complete history.

I save all my purchase e-mails and use those to give me an account history.

It's a shame Turbine couldn't implement such a simple in game system, I guess Playspan.com didn't want to have to record all the info.

ah.. well i do get the email when i buy each item, it would be just nice to actually see it in the store. So i guess i should contact support and give them my order number for the shared bank and hopefully they might fix it within the next 6 months? hehe
