    Unhappy Store didn't apply sale discount at checkout.

    Last night I purchased The Necropolis Adventure Pack bundle. It was only about 10 min after midnight but the store did show the sale price right up until i clicked the button to purchase and i was charged the regular price.

    I have submitted a support ticket via myaccount.turbine.com. Is there anything else i can do? How screwed am i? I really want to buy more packs but i'm too mad about this to spend any more points.

    Also is this a known bug? Should I wait a certain amount of time before buying something that has just gone on sale? (I have no idea whether that's really the cause or not.)

    If you submitted a ticket you should be good. Other people have reported that they were credited back the difference but it takes some time.

    Default Same Thing Happened - No Customer Support

    This same thing happened to me when purchasing the Necropolis adventure packs; with the 25% off being shown on the confirmation page, but having the full price deducted. This resulted in an overcharge of 375 DDO Points.

    My purchase was made on September 3rd, and I sent in a support request at that time. Is waiting over 14 days for a response normal?

    Turbine customer support got me sorted out today, so I got the overcharge refunded.
