Do Human and Monk Imp Recovery Stack?

Do the Human and Monk Improved Recovery lines stack? (ie is a +60% possible)

yes, if im not mistaken they even multiply together so instead of 60% its 69%

Yes, and as mentioned they don't stack so much as they multiply. Builds like the Solar Phoenix depend on this. With my current level of amp (30% human, 10% monk, 25% Jidz Tet'ka, 20% HotD = 1.3*1.1*1.25*1.2 = 215% Amp) my fists of light heals for 2/4 a hit and my Healing Ki normally hits for around 75.
