How do I contact Turbine about a severe harrassment issue that has moved beyond ingame to other online sites? I do not have access to ingame support and was not contacted by a GM about any of this.

Griefing someone ingame is one thing, registering a website to pretend to BE them then point mutual acquaintances to that site in order to encourage others to grief them also is a step beyond and much more personal.

I can understand that. However, if it comes to legal action against this person what are your policies on complying with law enforcement?

Also, I have no way to see the result of the tickets for the ingame harrassment as I am P2P but it doesn't look like they even received a temp ban or a slap on the wrist.

Guess I'll just stop playing a game I used to enjoy while the people who harrassed me continue to enjoy it. Call me thinskinned if you want to, it's just not fun anymore.
