Hi,
Tech support, in attempting to copy a character from a F2P account to my brand spanking new paid account, deleted my main character from my Paid account and reset my paid account (VIP) to a "premium" account.
PLEASE give me back my main!!!!!!!!

Technical support does not offer forums support. Submit a ticket to them to resolve the issue.

i didn't think they would tranfer characters between accounts either. That's new.
