You know you are a forum addict if...


1) you ever posted a response that simply said 'first'.

2) you need counseling if you ever posted a response that said 'second'

3) Getting infractions does not bother you, they are a badge of honor

4) your 'nth' post is ' this is my nth post (where n = 1000, 2000, etc..)

5) Someone rags on you and everyone attacks them to protect the 'old timer who helped them way back when'

6) You don't care if the game is down, as long as the d#mn forums are up!!!

7) you post threads like 'server's up' with your OP saying 'j/k, psyche!'

8) you end up working for turbine (TOLERO!!!!!)

6. Getting kicked off a forum before hitting 1,000 posts is just beginner's luck.

7. Creating a signature means choosing only 4 of your domain names. Decisions, decisions.

8. Forum addicts almost always have more posts than the new admin.

9. You know where the online gallery most of the banners and images came from.

10. You recognize most of the key user names from other boards. And they you.

11. You have more sophisticated banners, gifs, and more interesting links than other users. And they don't like it.

10. You design more forums a day than most people eat breakfast in a month

11. You can navigate forums in other langauges based on your knowledge of the command structure, the gui interface, and the index directories of most forum design packages and applications.
