Sorry for hijacking/derailing the thread a bit, but it is related. I've got a THF Pally at level 12 and I was able to get a SoS. (Following this build, with stunning blow).
Now I am thinking of applying an Eldritch Ritual to this nice sword.

Which one is better? Force Critical or just plain Force Damage? Which one will apply to Glancing Blows?

Will any of the two stay if I upgrade the weapon to an Epic SoS?

I'll toss put an apology for derail and ask a weopon question also (I hate to be left out ).
I was thinking about playing a Drow TWF pally based on the sample build here. Chaosblade (Epic?) was recommended for twf pallys but I'm having trouble seeing how a Drow could make use of them (chaotic and khopesh). I suppose a +10 UMD in the augment slot would fix everything... if it exists. Are Drow last year's model for twf pallys?

Hey karl! Thanks for the input. How's the (plain) SoS been so far? Do you tend to use it for most battles now?

Hey BitkaCK2! Thanks for the post.

You might want to check this previous post out ... http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=231349

A quote from Junts in that thread captures why Chaosblades are good for TWFers.

And it's a vorpal and heals you.

So it's win if you can pull off the umd and getting two of them made epic.

    And are a pure paladin.
I think it only becomes a really good option, though, if you get the Weapons of Good capstone that'll give the Epic Chaosblades the ability to break DR. Must be a hell of a grind to get two Chaosblades AND THEN make them Epic, though.

i'd save the twf version for 36 points (best with a +3 dex tome and +4 cha tome stored). this way you can make a pretty nasty wf-pala that can fit in dm4 aswell

    16
    14
    14
    8
    6
    16

for a 32 point version you might go

    16
    15
    14
    8
    6
    14

downside of all is that you have a pretty tight skillmanagement if you wanna go full umd (that you need for 30 umd for the chaosblades)
    Thelanis - Inferus Sus
Keeper Refugee - Exclusively playing Warforged
Nursing IsFutile (FvS) - Unorthodox Behaviour (Kensai) - Bigbofo (Warchanter) - Nukelear Blast (Sorc) - Jurugu Fleshbane (currently TRing) - Reviving IsCheaper (Radiant Blaster)

Most of the time I am happy with the nice critrange and multiplier. Especially the fact that the Adamantine bypasses the DR of WF in VoN is pretty neat.

I use a +3 Holy Quarterstaff of Greater Undead Bane against most undead. Wraiths and other ghosts have a ghost touch weapon. Atm, I am only level 12, and I don't have any Banishing, Disruption, Para or Vorp weapon yet. A Greater Ele Bane weapon would be nice, too.

And to respond to my initial question: Some people said that one should take the force critical in favor of the force damage.
