Default To flag for Tor or not

So, I finally sat down and devoted myself towards getting my 15th level bard flagged for Tor. Mostly, this consisted of solo'ing my 20th level cleric through the Ruins and acquiring a handful of relics, and then purchasing the rest that I needed.

So, I'm sitting there in Gianthold with 20 of each relic in my bard's inventory, and a question popped into my mind - is there really any reason to flag my Bard for Tor? My cleric is already flagged, and anyone who runs Tor for scale runs opens the quest up to level 20. So, it's not as if having a lower level character gets me more access to that quest. Plus, I stand a better shot at running it with a cleric than a bard anyway. Because a bard just isn't very effective against dragons, let's face it.

So, I'm almost of the opinion that I'm better off just skipping flagging for that. I could donate those relics to my rog/wiz and flag her for the raid - especially since the idea of acquiring yet another 60 relics seems awfully painful.

    Thoughts?

I flagged my bard so I could get XP from Tor, get XP from the raid, and get some boots from the raid (eventually).

It's the easiest +3 tome hunt in the game. It has some decent items. It takes about 10 minutes to form a group and you can easily solo/shortman it if need be. I see no reason why not, but if you don't enjoy the raid then it's no big deal, nothing you couldn't live without.
There is no lag. Just because you had none before and can't play now doesn't mean the server move had anything to do with it.

It has a lower +3 tome drop rate than most other raids, however.

Elite drop rates for +3 or better tomes:

    Reaver: 0.8%
    VoD: 1%
    HoX: 1%
    ADQ2, Epic: 1.1% (0.6% +3 account-bound, 0.25% +3 character-bound, 0.25% +4 character-bound)
    Abbot: 1.25%
ToD: 0.39% (+4) from Horoth chest, will be 0.36% from Suulo chest too once that is fixed - 0.27% and 0.12% on Normal)
    VON6, Epic: 0.5% (+4)
Shroud: No chance in chests, but (about) a 75% chance to get one or more on 20th reward list
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

That's nothing. But the 10 extra hp you get from 150 favor. That's much more worth it.

Two characters being able to do Tor means two separate ransack timers on the dragon chests.

Don't forget the easier way to gather relics: The mindflayer chest from stormeye teleport. Teleport, kill mindflayer, get 1-2 random relics per member of the party, recall, reform, repeat. You can get 10 random relics per party member in under 20 minutes. Sure, you'll ransack the chest fast, but its the best relics/minute on GH. On the meantime you just do normal GH quests for more relics.

Its not like you arent already playing all your lvl 13-14 on gianthold anyway.

    Almost-never-played-alts: Arquera - Chapolin - Fabber - Herweg - Mecanico - Tenma

I want DDO to be a better game. Those are my personal suggestions on: Ammunition, Archmage, Combat Stances, Deities, Dispel Magic, Epic Destiny Map, Fast Healing, Favor, Favored Enemy, Half-elf Enhancements, Monk Kensai, Monk Stances, Past Life, Potency, Potions, Ranger Spells, Summons, Tiered Loot.
