Min level 14, no race requirement, no damage.

7 damage per swing better than a +5 Metalline Khopesh of Pure Good (and a +4 one sold in /trade for 450k PP yesterday). If you have Improved Crit, it's about 5.3 damage per swing less than a Mineral 2 khopesh.


Auction terms:

1) The only accepted currencies are platinum, Large Devil Scales and Flawless Red Dragon Scales
2) Your bid must be at least 50k PP higher than the last bid
3) Large Devil Scales and Flawless Red Dragon Scales are each valued at 325k PP
4) All bids must be public and in this thread
5) As this belongs to a guildie, I'm bidding on it as well. My first bid is 700k PP.
6) Auction ends at the end of Monday's downtime, unless I decide to end it early.

The item isn't selling below that (that's my lowball offer on it). I hate auctions with hidden reserves, so I'm upfront about my one.

That said, I may have to call this off as my computer has decided to die a horrible death (well, capacitors on the motherboard have blown) so I may not be able to get onto DDO any time soon at all.

Better unbound ones are possible, but so rare that I've only ever seen two, and I play a LOT.

Given that a +4 metalline of pure good one sold on the AH for just under a million plat, and this is as good on the main raid bosses as a +12 metalline of pure good, not a chance.

I was under the impression that AH prices rarely had a meaning here. I'm not trying to lowball you or snipe it. I (me) just said that it's more than I'd like to spend. If for some reason no one wanted it at the $ you started it at, I'd be willing to part with that much to buy it. It is a very nice weapon. I'm not saying you're crazy for wanting every copper you can get. I was just saying what I'd (me) be willing to pay for it. Good Luck on the auction.

And it's only that good vs. mobs that it would bypass the DR on. It won't help if you need cold iron or some other metal type.

From a control standpoint, you controlling both the auction and bidding on the item opens up the possibility for you to up the price by constant bidding just to try to squeeze more value out of the item. Just saying.

I would have the person who owns the item put it up for auction or not at all. With you bidding on the item yourself and taking bids seems kinda poor form to me. Why dont you just pay your guildy what its worth and not lowball him.

It's a public forum - if the bids are kept public then it should be fine. Maybe the owner wants to stay private in order to avoid getting hassled for a private sale.

Sirgog seems like an honest guy, maybe he has a limit or maybe he doesn't for this limit. Either way at least others have a chance if they want it.
