Tome(s) and Level 1

Just needed a quick solid information update,

Are +1 and +2 Tomes available at level 1 anymore/anyhow? Or are Tomes only available via drops and/or DDO store at lvl 3+ and 7+? I just recently came back to DDO and trying to get caught up with all the information overload.

When the game went to the hybrid f2p/sub method it is now tomes were readjust accordingly.

+1 tome level 3
+2 tome level 7
+3 tome level 11
+4 tome level 18 (I believe)

15. They're usable the level before you assign a stat point: 3, 7, 11, 15, 19 (theoretically).

Is it best to eat Tome(s) earlier at level 3+ or later?

Will using Tome(s) earlier receive any kind of bonus to attributes when leveling up?

Can I use a single Tome in each stat category? IE: Tome +1 Str/Dex/Con/Int/Wis/Cha at level 3.

yes, you can eat a tome for every stat
and it doesnt really matter when you eat it except for the int one, that you want as early as possible
ofc, if you need a tome to get a feat next level, eat it befor the levelup

+1 tomes should be used as early as possible, since you'll just use a +2 at lvl 7 anyway.

So +1s are just lowbie twink at this point.

However, if you're not a vet, than +1's might be a little scarcer. In either case, there's no harm to eating them early.

For me, it depends. If I plan on eating a +3, I'll eat the +1 at lvl 3. If it gets a +2, then I won't eat a +1.
