    Default Why's it so hard?

Just curious why it is that to gain in-game support you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to find the link. Seems to me if you truly wanted to see your customers outta hard times it'd be posted on your support page in bright red letters 'click here'. Instead you gotta travel through a gauntlet of posts and scroll down to ONE highlighted word.. that says here in order to request in game support.

Support--> In game--> PERIOD. how hard is that? Requested help twice now and got a prompt response both times. Most impressed. But every time I need help I gotta go sifting through a sea of bs to find the one link to get some attention. Submitted a question earlier tonight and nobody has got back to me yet. Are the days of questing for a in game support link, submitting your problem, and getting a timely reply over?

if they were easy to get a hold of then everyone would want their help to fix the multitude of problems. this way most people get fed up just trying to find them and just skip it which leaves them sitting around drinking coffee. and a day drinking coffee is better than a day fixing all the problems that have been implemented.

I submitted my ticket for in game support and a GM came online within 5 min. I used the giant ? on the main bar. I have used it for a few things, especially bug reports and one harassment report (guy spamming general for plat for 5 days straight) with no issues so far.
The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

Holy begeeesus - -its not difficult, click the big "?", then "New Ticket" - No problems - take 60 seconds tops to raise a ticket, then a short wait. The support I have had to request since being over here has been real quick to respond (normally around 5mins) and then sorted out very quickly after. Now you wanna try the EU servers for in game support, then u will know what tedious means.

I believe if your F2P then support is'nt quite the same - but then you dont get nowt in this world for free, that should be part of your tought process when deciding which route to take.
