everything else seems to be 10-12ish or higher

get an alt to run Delara for that handwrap
i "might" have some stunning wraps if i ever stop acting lazy and actually go check all my toons :PPS: Greensteel RUINED the game! and you all know it!
less buffing, more nerfing!!!

Almost level 8.
Will be needing some Level 8 twink handwraps for halfling. DPS or other cool level 8 handwraps. Giving plat... ingredients etc in trade for them. Thanks!

if you really wanted handwraps for that level i would say shoot for devote handwraps i believe they are level 6th or 8 my 20 level monk uses them i believe they are the one of the best in the game.
metaline of puregood cant get much better than that.
if thats not want you want i have handwraps growing out my ears for all levels. look me up in game
