Aye, the longer quests really do deserve to be epic-ized (like Gwyllan's stand and Stormcleave outpost).

It's interesting to think about what an Epic version of Irestone Inlet would be like. It would obviously have +6 Bursty Blasty versions of Shock Mace, Cold Repeater, and Acid Dagger, which could make decent "easy" epic weapons.
But the gameplay would amplify some of the problems seen in existing epic dungeons, especially the similar monsters in the Sentinels series- it would all be about Hold Monster (or even Person) autocrit smackdowns, with the added problem of extreme ease in kite-tanking creatures for as long as you need, or simply leading them away to leash back to their spawn.
I don't have a zerging problem.
I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.
Yes, the developers must be feeling a real attraction to teach more of the mobs to cast FOM.
There'd have to be some underlying software changes before those spells would work on kite tanks.
Kiting and holding works fine on archers, and they are additionally vulnerable to standing in firewall.
Enemy clerics on epic are like caster level 40 right? Shouldn't they cast "mass freedom of movement" the instant they are agroed? Sure it wont hit everything around them, but if it saves even 5 of their friends, it would make those fights less of an autocrit beatdown.
Oh yeah, and we should get mass FOM too. Maybe in a lvl 8 slot
