Races: Half Orc, goblin, (kobold?), gnomes and Half Elf
Classes: Factorium, Artificer, Archivist and druid
Feats/enhancements: multiclass stuff like the sorc/monk ability in dnd that lets people do fireball punches.
For the magic punch ability, It could require you to be a arcane caster apart from a wizard and you use say meteor swarm and then a punch at the same time.
