I want to have glancing blows back when I move again.

Seems somewhat ambiguous ... do you intend to ask that active feats i.e. trip, stun, etc... be applied to the glances?
The most important thing they need to do about THF is fix (rightsize) the bloody THF, ITHF and GTHF feats. The way they stand at the moment the feat chain is nearly worthless. I have more a feeling is due to the in game physics collision detection currently however, but am not completely sure.

That would be nice but am affriad they dislike such as leads to twitch attacking perks I do however think they need to correct thier mis-information and misleading people in the compendium Greater Two-handed fighting
