Since DBF is 7 and if you aren't a potion sucker I would assume this would be worth something?
If anyone can give me a value on this I'd very much appreciate it.

It's been my experience when i talk with fire specced casters that they either have the sov rune on there armor for said item, or already have the regalia of phoenix from mindsunder.
But my experience is very limited.

Just figured this might come a little before either of those, maybe I'll just bank it and throw it on a trade list later.
I don't have a lot of experience in the valuing of items.

Yeah it's nice having it 4 lvls below that other stuff.
That's why my advice here would be only from what I've been told when I ask for advice on my future caster.
