I just bought an Ultimate Game Card for my 30 days of vip for ddo. Used it yesterday but im still not vip? Ive tried using it agin and it says that the card has already been used on my account, yet im still not vip. Ive been vip twice before this time and also this makes my 1st time using a ugc. Its been about a day now and im still not vip and i have 0 clue as to why im not when the money has been takin off of the card. What do i do any help greatly appreciated!

I would contact Customer Service about this, I know that on other threads sometimes there were problems with UGCs but Customer Service was able to clean it up.

I dont understand?
My account was suspended for non payment awhile back and i found out that i need to click the resume button but i have no clue where that is? Anyone know?
