Looking for Emil

Hey all. I'm a veteran player from the now-defunct Devourer server in Europe. I'm wondering if anyone knows the player who currently has the character "Emil" on Thelanis. I'd like to know if he/she is still active or plays that character at all, because I'd love to get that name back now that we are being transferred to the US. I've had him on my friends list for a while but I've never seen him log on or level. I believe he's a member of the Zombie Guard guild.

Any info you have would be helpful. I'm willing to offer pp and/or items for the name. It's very important to me, but if this player is attached to the name, I'll understand.

I know, right? Seems I'm destined to get the short end of the stick when it comes to server merges. The last time I had to "fight" for my name was a real pain.

I read somewhere that American GMs will delete/rename characters on request if they have been inactive for a long time. Does anyone know if there's any truth to this?

I asked 10 days ago my name "Daemon " which is archived , thus loged for a long time , and gm said there is no way to get these character names. It is their policy .
