Erm. I think you're very very very unlikely to get a good overview of the communities on multiple servers from most players. Instead, people will tell you their deeply subjective view of their own experiences on their own server, while insisting that these are exemplary.

Case in point: my cleric on Thelanis usually finds good groups and I think the community there is pretty good. I can't honestly say if this is better or worse than any other server though and don't want to mislead you. I haven't logged into another server in DDO in years.
