My brain is a little muddy right now, but I think the only official thing I have ever heard from this was they were looking at fixing invisibility and stealth in the PvP pits, but it wasnt a priority. I think this was back when they announced the release schedule for the 2010 updates, so they have had other priorities since then.
The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.
