That's how both my toons got Nightforge Gorget at level 10 -- enter Relic on Casual and not even try to complete it, just get adamantine ore and visit the duergar smith.

For some reason both times I thought Nightforge Gorget is ML 10 -- even though by the second time I definitely should have known better.
