    Default CC's not processing?

    For some reason my account got changed to do non-payment. I logged into myaccount.turbine.com to check and it didn't have my CC number. So I put it in, and it can't process it, or any other (Visa or MC). And yes, there is a LOT of available balance on any of the cards I tried.

    Any Account people around to check on the CC processing system?

    Wife called and they were able to process the card over the phone, but it failed through online. Just an FYI, because we almost lost our special rate (but thank you to the CSR who put it back in place) which would have cost Turbine our business.
