    Default PayByCash Code Doesn't Work

    Hello,

    A friend of mine has purchased me a game card and I activated it via PayByCash Website. I even got the card number from them. I went to follow their instruction to add the card to my account and their is no place to add it. I have let Turbine know via support form but haven't gotten a reply yet. I can not call them because I am mute due to a brain deformity. I am quite frustrated about this as was my friend who bought the card. She decided to just use her credit card to buy me some points. We have been talking to PayByCash about this problem and they have finally concluded the issue is on turbines end not theirs. The code should work. We even tried to add it in the DDO store window withing DDO. Please help.

    now have option to enter code after phone call was made for me, I entered code and it said code was successfully added to account. With that said I logged in to find my account status not changed and that my amount of points have not went up.

    Yeah that issue happens and is solved via call, good to see you got it fixed asap.
    Now for the VIP to apply you may have to wait a little bit, perhaps closing the game and reentering, though i guess you already did that.

    First double check in myaccount that your account is listed as VIP and it also shows the date of expiration.
    (thus you'll know the VIP was applied and just pending the delay)

    Once it is applied in-game your character selection screen should say you are 'VIP' instead of free.
    Your ddo points may still take a little longer, but you can open a new ticket or call again.

    In either problem account support are the only ones that can tell you whats going on or fix these issues.

    so got a hold via phone when my vocal cords started working, they went back out anyways... its all cool waiting for points said should be max 48 hours
