A friend of mine has purchased me a game card and I activated it via PayByCash Website. I even got the card number from them. I went to follow their instruction to add the card to my account and their is no place to add it. I have let Turbine know via support form but haven't gotten a reply yet. I can not call them because I am mute due to a brain deformity. I am quite frustrated about this as was my friend who bought the card. She decided to just use her credit card to buy me some points. We have been talking to PayByCash about this problem and they have finally concluded the issue is on turbines end not theirs. The code should work. We even tried to add it in the DDO store window withing DDO. Please help.

now have option to enter code after phone call was made for me, I entered code and it said code was successfully added to account. With that said I logged in to find my account status not changed and that my amount of points have not went up.
