This will be a 2WF obvs.
With ranger healing skills since i get maximize. I am however in doubt about The Iron will feat. Any ideas there ??? maybe some IC but there r mineral weapons so...if anything i would really enjoy improving my range abilities.

Enhancements wise i didnt take FE attack II, should i ?? i can if i dont go so much healing and spell enhancement points. D and poison enhancements i have the ranger immunity but there are some other enhancements maybe i should consider no ?? like tactis or ac maximizing any help on my enhancemments ??

Skill points i went 14 jump, with +15 item and +10spell i will reach the 40 cap
11 Tumble to reach the 36/38 cap
+20 UMD everything i got went there with some golden cartouche and ranger skill and item its enough
Now for the rest i went spot, balance and concentration. But did i over do balance ??? is this con more than enough for me to dont have much of problems casting spells ?? and spot, how much do i really need to see mobs at distant and detect traps ??? can anyone help here pls ??? i have no listen skills so i should not be able to see red circles... i dont think its that bad.... if anything i could skill a little my heal no???

So is this considered a build lol ?? i have no buff here no +6 items so mind that off course... and tomes well i will need str tommes con tommes and cha tomess just becouse of UMD

dma it i guessed it must be pretty bad.. no responses...
I would really like to know if its possible to get a bit more range on it and would like to know if i over do balnce and concentration skills becouse heal/ sneak/hide would be really good skills i could work as well
but we get at level 17 ranger hide in plain sight (HIPS) and if that works i shoudnt worry about hide and go more for moove silently(MS) no ?? anyone knows how HIPS actually work ?? will it be fine even without MS and hide skills....

    It counts as a build.

Thing is, most folks comment on the following
    1. Builds that are just terrible
    2. Builds that are really amazingly good
    3. Builds that are trying something different
    4. Builds where the post makes a lot of wild claims

Your build is very normal, not amazing, not bad and mostly conventional for a ranger. so folks might not have a lot to say.

I'd take improved critical over Iron Will and other than that it looks quite solid. Its a nice tough ranger with pretty solid DPS.

Conventional wisdom will tell you not to invest in concentration on a ranger. You won't often be casting spells in the middle of battle (although it happens occasionally with heals). They'd also tell you to skip tumble. Open locks is really nice to have so I'd move some points there.

well i tumble a looot so tumble is a go go ! no doubt must reach 38. the CON well sometimes (has happened) i see someone gettin pretty nice hits and i bark him in middle of fight or heal, but its always running and i dont want to fail at end level... the balance i know it only lets u get up quikly so that might be too much ?? no haggling this is not a haggle bot so either heal for the plus 20HP srining or hide with MS.... if i go heal i can def get the extra 20hp but if i want to walk unnoticed than i have to invest on both hide and MS so would be more skill point expensive. I think i would need around 30 on both skills to get around unnoticed its easy to do 15 MS but might be harder to get hide so both on 30.... hum dunno... and still... does HIPS work at all ?? in lotro it even works as aggro manager.. we can hide in middle of a fight where we r pulling agro and hide and b fine... but ddo is not lotro so... how does HIPS work.. anyone ???
Open locks i could take 1 point... it woudnt be too bad but will it let me open locks at end levels ??? or just for first 5 levels... ms hide and tumble have their caps so doesnt really require to go further than those points. but open locks how many points do i need to open a lock at end level ? only reason why its rogue is for the extra skill points i get in level 1 rogue with 10 int(36points) and the extra reflex that will be nice at 11 ranger with evasion. And the sneak damage. no locks, no search no device only spot! Mostly becouse i can get the hidden door scroll or clickie and there are items for search as well, so no waisting points in there. and disarm traps well im not rogue so im not INT based for that.

Default Took a hiatus from the game and forums

but the jump spell used to give +30 at level 11 or 12, so with a jump of 10, and the spell at ranger level 11 or 12 (caster level) you would max out your jump skill, unless the increase has been changed in the last couple of updates.

yes i think jump around 11 to 14 (should b around 6 to 9points) is just enough and not expensive but cmon a ranger gotta jump

Stealth gets in the way of my zerging

Al jokes aside, it works great. I have absolutely zero ranks put into stealth and I can sneak past almost anything (with a camo spell and +15 MS boots).

Stealth is actually pretty "smart" in this game and kinda fun to do once in a while. A few weeks ago 3 rangers and a rogue stealthed our way through a bunch of Amrath quests with no healer. it was a heck of a lot of fun and a nice change of pace.

when u say zero ranks into stealth u mean hide right ?? so with HIPS about 10, 15 MS (wich is very doableee more than hide) and no hide(just some scroll or spell) ill be fine stealth wise ??? i was thinking it should work like that, becouse moving silently doesnt replace hide at all but no point of going for both skills if we have HIPS. do rogues get that as well ??? they should... ty for ur replies guys helpfull helpfull helpfull

Sorry, by "zero ranks in stealth" I mean I put no skill points at all in either Hide or Move Silently. In say amrath the only thing I can't sneak past are the Trog and Tiefling rangers. The hear me, not see me. I can tell by the "listen" mark when I walk.
