Am missing some Stat Points

Yesterday, (after update) i seemed to have less health, and checked my stats.

I appear to missing my +2 inherent to Constitution (that was appearing before). Logged in/out. Removed items contributing to the enchanted bonus (belt, armor). Re-equipped, logged in/out. Stat display continues to show Base and Enchanted only.

Put in a ticket. It was closed within 5 minutes without someone talking to me, with the "submit a bug report."

Submitted a bug report. Got the spiel about you may never hear from us but your bug report has been received.

Now, that's just not right. If a STAT is missing/understated, that's not something that can wait for weeks/months.

What other recourse do i have? How will this be fixed in a timely manner?

Similar problem here on a LR to my TR'd toon. Bought a lesser heart and tried to LR but cant because the char gen screen won't allocate the ability points correctly. Tried the ticket, and got a similar answer, "fill out a bug report". When I have one stat at 18 (trying to re allocate) I only have 18 points left to allocate and should have 24 (I'm a 34 pt build). Not counting on hearing anything, seems to be the prevalent method... very poor service.

I ate a +2 Supreme Tome, all the stats showed plus 2 inherent (weeks ago). On VIP Mod 6 launch date, only the +2 CON disappear. Nothing i do with gear, login/out, etc. makes it appear again.

What race? Also you do know it costs 2 pts. Per stat point 15-16 and 3 pts. per stat point 17-18 on a base 8 stat these costs will go up or down if the stat gets racial adjustment the points are allocating correctly you are ethier miscalculating cost or something else turbine pro ably hasn't said anything since there is nothing wrong on their end. This just like issue where people tried to claim their alignment had changed after creation when it was them not paying attention during cration
