I have yet to get my DDO points that should have arrived the 11th of this month. Our bank just merged with another bank, and required us to change credit cards. I went in, changed the info prior to my expiration date, and never had an interruption of service. My dad let his lapse, and reinstated (we have the same bank) and he also has not received his points.

I gave it a couple days figuring it might have needed time to clear everything - but it is now the 18th.. I'd reallly like my points (which should still be the double allotment.).

Any help??
