Dwarf Cleric 10, looking for tips on final build

I started this Cleric since the Guild group was starting new toons, and nobody was a cleric.

Really enjoying it, and respec'd enhancements when I read about the RS line.

Then they swapped the Aura with the Burst, and, well, I still like the RS line mainly for the Turn regens on DV, DL, Burst, and others.

Embarrassing, but he is my highest level toon, I don't play more than 2-6 hours a week, but I really enjoy HealBot-ing with the small amount of Melee. I just took the Follower line for Bow since I have the Silver Bow, but no good Longswords.

I am reading the 18C/2F builds and been considering it to improve DPS.

My main Question is at what level should I take the Fighter levels? After I get BB? Or after RSII?

Final issue: I got a Greensteel Heavy Mace from a Gold Coin, but not sure if the DPS issue means I should go Kopesh or Dwarven Axe?

Is there benefit to taking one Fighter, more Cleric, then the last fighter @ 20th?
