Which feat is better to replace for Tempest?

For a list of non-DPS reasons, I want to have Manyshot available on my Tempest-UMD (thiocan's Ranger-18/Ro-1/Ftr-1, so I need the feat "Point Blank Shot".

**** an hour later; sorry guys - the description for Manyshot says that Point Blank Shot is a prerequisit, but I now understand that FREE to rangers means "Really Free", with no need for the stated prerequisits

Which feat would you replace:
Power Attack
or
Improved Critical: Slashing

Besides the "Favored Enemy" feats, I originally planned:
Dodge
Toughness
Mobility
Spring Attack
Exotic: Kopesh
Improved Critical
Power Attack
Oversized 2WF
Skill Focus: UMD

Manyshot comes free to Rangers at level 6. So if you are running that build you shouldn't need to drop anything.
