My understanding is it works like this.
To make this equation simple Im going to say you have 20 percent from monk and 20 percent from human.
100 pt heal cast on you.
100
x 1.20 Monk Healing Amp
-------
= 120
Then you Multiply that again times Human Healing Amp
120
x 1.20 Human Healing Amp
-------
= 144
If this is incorrect I'm sure somebody will let us know @![]()

Healing amplification from items also stacks with other items, but only if they are different values. Item bonuses will also stack with enhancements and feats.

The wiki has a fairly decent page on this. Also, search the forums, there's a "Max Healing Amp" Build.
They are multiplicative. That is to say, for non-WF races, each new item/enhancement benefits them more than it would if they were additive.
Monk/Human/Paladin Hunter of the Dead Enhancements all stack for purposes of Healing Amplification in a Multiplicative Manner. 10%/20%/30% Items stack, as long as they are not of the same value. Fleshmaker's Necklace stacks with all of the above.
Hope that helps.
