full on, I can't catch a break lol. This is the 2nd typing of this post, as the last one hit an error on submitting.
Ok I love this game, but I'm back in this part of the forum because once again I find the rest of the customer support in this game either completely unable to help, or just non existent.
Heck, I even post this knowing that you won't be able to help either. But I'm sick and tired of waiting for an email that I'm not even sure is coming.....
In brief. I bought an item from the turbine store that just compeltely fizzed. I followed all the instructions. it used up its charge, but for no result. In game support couldn't help, and instructed me to submit a ticket to acc-man. Which I did, weeks ago now. A week or so after that, I logged in one day to find a large pile of valuable festival coins had vanished from my bag. Same deal. In game can't help. (what can they do btw?)
Ticket submitted, more than a couple of weeks ago now. Nothing...
I took a break from the game at that point, frustrated to say the least at vanishing goods collected over weeks. And items bought with real money that do zip. And a week ago I let my VIP sub lapse, since I wasn't playing anyway.
Today, checking my email and wondering when I will ever hear back about my tickets. It crossed my mind that since Im no longer subbed, I may never recieve a reply. And I'm here to find out if thats the case??
Please Victorie, reassure me that I'm not the biggest sucker around for buying things of no value and subscribing to a company with smoke and mirrors customer support. Are responses to my tickets ever coming? I've spent more money on this game than the last 6 combined. When Turbine makes so little effort to offer any sort of assistance, its just not good enough. 2 week replys aren't good enough. longer than that is rediculous.
