From now on instead of replying with Hi Welcome on threads we should just PM the recipient of the Hi Welcome. In this way it can remain an active and vibrant part of the community.
And annoy the pants off of people, too.
Plus, you'll know exactly how bad your post was. "That was a 5-HW post. Jeez, I just posted a 63-HW post!" Previously, people wouldn't HW you on a thread if they'd seen someone else do it already. With PM'ing, everyone will be out to get you!
