Whats Your Solo Build ?

I am currently playing a halfling dex build (FistsOfDeth) that will be 12clr/6mnk/2pal that solos very well. I have soloed quite a number of quests so far. Right now it is 6clr/3mnk/2pal. It is obviously a radiant II build with fists of light. Saves are insane. It is right in there with the melee helping heal them with the healing curse, light finisher, and radiant blast (and the aura when I get it) while helping with dps. I can spam some heals if the clerics are having a hard time keeping up as well. Damage is decent with good wraps and halfling guile. Also divine favor will add +4 att and +4 damage at lvl12. Can't wait for divine power =-). In all quests so far I have been right up there in kills and leading a lot of the times. I've also solo healed quests easily when we could not find a healer. In the end I'd love to have some dream edges with lesser vampirism and bodyfeeder too. I really have a lot of fun playing this build.

i was wondering how people would think of a human clr12/monk7/ftr1 w/ radiant server and healing amps from human and monk compare to the pheonix healing amp build

I really like what my build (Sistasole) has been able to do so far. She has solid melee capabilites and is completely self healing.

The best solo I have found is either the Westside build (see Rog forums) with 90+ self AC or my Yawanta build which is 12 clr/6 ftr/2 monk. **** near nothing I can't solo that can be solo'd.

Tied for second...

• 12/6/2 Fighter/Ranger/Monk with halfling healing dragonmarks
• 18/2 Paladin/Rogue with Lay on Hands, ability to UMD Heal scrolls
• 19/1 Cleric/Fighter

Note the common ability.... self-healing

With plenty of gear (displacement clickables are huge), any character can solo... but self-healing is very important for a low-gear character.

I have a 20 Lord of the Blades WF Favored Soul. It's a wrecking machine. Self healing, good DPS, Good DR, lotsa SP, low on the gear grind needed. I have 13 toons and my LoB WF FvS is hands down the toon I pick if I am just gonna go in and kill everything and not worry about dying.

Goal: looking for different play styles of the solo-able builds out there.

16bard/2ftr/2barb WF.

Has great dps/buffs/self healing. High UMD/Haggle (for making that moolah).

i'm hearing monk 20 is tons better for soloing and self sufficiancy now that the rings got better. thing is/for me whats the difference between the builds' effectiveness?

this is how i see it: please correct me if i'm wrong

1. str based light path: decent dps, poor ac but heals well
2. dex based light path: poor dps, good ac and heals well

3. str based dark path: good dps, poor ac and almost no healing
4. dex based dark path: decent dps, good ac and no healing

so, for a solo-er like myself i'd probably be looking more at 1 & 4 right?

I like #2 for leveling.

My halfling version soloed bastion pretty easily to get me blood for boots.

She will change to #3 and be assigned to raid/epic duty once she gets her second ring, as I have a new solo character.

Not a true "healing amp" build, but does have elements of those builds. (337% max amp)

Easily solos DQ and Reaver. (relaxing lunchtime loot runs)
Handles shavarath and lower areas easily
Experiencing some growing pains in epic

Goal: looking for different play styles of the solo-able builds out there.

since coming back I have played ac tank fighters. I like soloing with them, but it can be hard.

I have a human fighter with 30% healing amp and a 'healing stick" shroud item with 10/20/30 amp on it (for a total of 60, it stacks). This all comes out to about 123 and gets me a good average of 37 to 64 on a csw pot.

No I dont but shes easy to find on myddo. She is 12 Fvs 6 Rngr and 2 Mnk str based melee.

She is still a work in progress but I am VERY happy with how she has turned out thus far. Planning on TRing her multiple times once I get all the gear I want for her to cache away but even as is she has handled every bit of the current content in impressive fashion

@OP: 20 FvS with a 37 DC for Blade Barrier. Can pretty much solo any elite content in the game. Untyped persistent damage for the win.

I assume the 12 FvS is for the Heal spell.

Negatory. Max, emp, quickened cure serious or moderate with 30% amp does just fine for self healing.

I went the BB route. Sure the DC isnt very high but unless your specced for it anyhow, most of the end game mobs save on it anyway.

Hitting anywhere from 125-250 a tick (no lore item yet) even the low DC BBs can clear a room most anywhere if properly kited ofc. Also its nice to rock a many shot at mobs while your kiting them
