    Default The Origin of Hi Welcome

    I made a post about its origins in the Off-Topic forum in response to someone asking about it.

    Since it originated here on Argo, I figured I'd post a link to it so you guys can read about it if you like.

    hi welcome started with milamberr end of story he said it and wrote it on an lfm we then started saying it to everyone who joined because we are idiots

    You should read the post I put in the link above and the ones after it. You (especially you Tabun) might be pleasantly surprised. Aspenor had a somewhat interesting contribution on the origin later on in the thread. Would you all care to comment on the contribution's authenticity?

    Hey Arkat - you should add this definition, and all its subsequent international translations into urbandictionary. Ransacked have shatfoop in there, AoK should really be credited with Hi Welcome.
    Some toons with Cow in the name, and some without.

    I actually did submit it to the Urban Dictionary last night. All we have to do is wait for them to approve it. Hopefully.
