Bug with True Reincarnation

I bought a True Heart of Wood from the Store and went to Kruz to TR my level 20 Ranger which has been level 20 for weeks. He took the heart and told me to log out to begin my "New Life". I did that, clicked on the Reincarnation button and typed in my character name. It then gave me a message that I needed to log back in and talk to my trainer to take my level before I could True Reincarnate. I logged back in to see what the issue was and it now shows me having a rank and a 1/2 past 20. It says "Level 20 (Rank 77) - 1,900,000/1,939,450" instead of the "Maximum XP Achieved" it said before. I tried reloging again and pressing the Reincarnation button. I typed in my name and it still gives me the same message. I have done this about 20 times. I put in a ticket with In-Game support but they couldn't really help me. All they said was that they would have to investigate the issue. I have had another issue under investigation with no results so I went to the forums to see if there was any useful info. I found a post in the forums where someone had the same issue and it was resolved. can some please help me? Below is a copy of this persons posts so you can reference them to try and find a solution. My Character name is Kishi and my Ticket # is 1997828. Thank you for your help.

just ran to 20 from lvl 18..in just under 7 hrs.(as a tr FVS) wanted to take advantage of the bonus xp on my second go round. and when i log out to do my TR it says i have enough exp to LVL and i need to do this b4 i can tr. log back in the game to see what is going on and wow i am lvl 20 rank 83 with 3.1 mill xp with cap being at 4.3. i cant understand how a bug like this squeeked by the devs.....oh wait im thinking of another mmo this is ddo right should have expected it or way worse

the tech support team finnaly got her fixed. they said they had never seen this bug b4 and accually had to log into my account to to see exactly what was going on. it took them right at 1 week from the time they first logged into my accoun(long weekend included) they gave me 1500 tp points for the hassle. seems i can find a way to break an anvil.

I am having simular problem .
I decided to lesser reincarnate my old toon BelVik on Argo server and bought +3 LR from ddo store. Seems I didn't pay attention and had extra xp left from previous level. So it pointed me to login into game and level up first. Which was unable to do because of message "(Error): Invalid Advancement Data!" Now I m stuck as well.

I just ran into this exact same issue and the support person gave me the following,

"I do apologize, the issue you have described is either not a currently known issue that the In-Game Support team can assist with, or cannot be resolved with the information you have provided. We recommend that you take a moment to submit a formal bug report."

So, apparently, they are not keeping track of this issue very well at all.

I've submitted the bug and we'll see what happens....

Hi. Sorry to bump an old thread but I´m having this problem atm and no one seems able to help me. I have submitted couple of tickets to no avail. I bought a true druidic heart from DDo store and used it on kruz. Logged off and when I selecet the reincarnate button the system tells me that I have enough exp to level up and that I need to visit a trainer. Thing is Im level 20 already with max exp for this life (my 2nd).

Would appreciate any help.

I am sorry, but we cannot assist with account specific questions or updates on the forums. You will need to submit an In-Game help request from within the game for assistance with this issue.

While you wait for your ticket to be processed, I'd consider grinding out the exp to get to 3.1mill. Maybe then it will work and turn you into a 36pt (legend).

Ty all for responses. I can´t grind more exp the character is capped at 3,139,250 (hero).

Submitted a couple of tickets and technical support asked me for a screenshot. Let´s see if they can solve it.
