For most people, its an mmog.

I think there are other servers that are more RP friendly than argo.

There are RPers playing on Argo. They just aren't RPing. It's an uphill battle on a greased slope fraught with falling rocks, sudden flash floods and the occasional ROFLcopter all attempting to stop you.
