Deflect arrows

Add in another effect to this feat- perhaps catching and throwing back arrows- to make it somewhat attractive.

Or give a chance to catch every arrow that would hit you, instead of just one every "few seconds". A 25% chance to avoid ranged damage that stacks with everything would be somewhat nice.

Confirmation that it actually works outside of PvP would be a nice start.

The fundamental obstacle to improving this design is how unimportant incoming ranged attacks are in DDO. If Deflect Arrows made you 99% immune to arrows, it still would only be worth a feat slot for rare situations.
