F2P to VIP?

I am currently a Premium player, and yes I was nieve enough to think that I could just buy everything i wanted and save money....well, I was wrong. Though I have pretty much purchased out all classes, extra shared bank slots and majority of low lvl quests, I would like to become a vip for here on out. Only problem is I dont know how. I have searched around DDO store and MYDDO forums, etc for answers but cannot find any. I also tried logging into turbine, but alas I cannot remember my account info (I know, I know). Any help on this would be greatful.

The only way to do it as far as I know would be to log into your account on Turbine. If you can not remember your info, my suggestion would be to PM Victorie.
