You have to pay a gold amount depending on your level, but yes you just get to reassign all your enchencment points. Good or bad only in where you put them. Also once you do it you cant do it again for about three day I believe.

yea, I do have maybe a weird question in this regard, don't slap me silly for it.

While reading various builds you come across the enhancement splits and I always wonder why they only state "Rogue Damage Boost II" without mentioning tier I. Is it simply to focus and those enh. being prereqisite for a PrE or of any other importance and it goes without saying that you need tier I anyways? Or is there any chance to pick only the enhancements you need once you hit 20 (for instance)?

    Maybe stupid, was just wondering...

It is assumed that you will also take any lesser tier enhancement prereqs.

When it lists something like "rogue skill boost 2" in a build, it means (and someone correct me if I'm wrong here), that that build took that enhancement to that level and stopped taking more in that category. The level before it is a prereq to get the second one, it's just not stated on the build as you can't get the second one without the first.

Ok understood. However, some builds even sum up AP points required. It may look like that i.e. "rogue skill boost 2" (AP 2). On regular grounds - given the above - you would expect that AP required for tier 1 should be part of AP calculation, which they are sometimes not.

Anyways, thanks for in the info.

Just an artifact of having people do the calculations rather than computers. Best to look over a prospective build very carefully, especially if it isn't in Character Generator format, because there could easily be errors.
