Epic Bazaar/Tides anyone?

I am trying to run this once a day to maximize my chances at getting seal/shard of jidz tetka. I ahve had no luck the past 23 times I have done these quests.

However tehy are pretty easy but it seems theres not much interest to do them.
Especially with a bard who can fascinate.

Tide turns is broken and cannot drop shards right now.

Your best bet is running bazaars for the seal, which I have seen recently.
